CAMI’s 6th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday 24 Sep 2011 at 3.00 pm, Simei Care Centre Auditorium.

Agenda for the meeting are as follow:

1) Opening address by Chairman.
2) Secretary Report & Presentation.
3) Confirmation of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2010 of the Caregivers’ Association of the Mentally Ill held in Simei Care Centre on 11 December 2010.
4) Treasurer Report for the financial year July 2010 – June 2011. Adoption of the Annual Statement of Accounts for the Caregivers’ Association of the Mentally Ill for the financial year ended 30 June 2011.
5) Any other Business (AOB).
6) Nomination & Election for Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
Auditors and Committee Members.
7) Meeting is scheduled to end at 5.30pm.
